2050 North Bay Road and Alejandro Sanz
Multiple Grammy Award-winner Alejandro Sanz decided to put his North Bay Road house on the market for sale.
The Spanish singer is asking for $18 million for the 2050 North Bay Road estate. The Mediterranean Revival home was constructed in 1933 and later renovated by Wallace Tutt, according to Curbed. It has nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms and more than 7,500 square feet of living space.
