Espacio USA, the American division of Spain-based firm Immobilaria Espacio, has unveiled its plan for the new $412 million mixed-use project at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard that will be designed by architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The firm’s I.M. Pei designed the Miami Tower office building. The project, which will break ground in early 2013, will be located in the long-dormant Omni neighborhood.
