The median sales price of a single-family home in Broward County rose 10.2 percent in September compared to the same month in 2011, according to new data released by the Greater Fort Laudedale Realtors. The median sales price rose to 205,000 from $186,000, while the average sales price jumped 11.6 percent to $263,333 from $236,062.
