HFF has closed the sale of the Lost Creek Resort at Lakewood Ranch, a multi-family community in Bradenton. The 272-unit complex was sold by P.A.C. Land Development to an affiliate of the Inland Real Estate Group of Companies. HFF represented P.A.C. in the transaction, while Joe Cosenza negotiated the purchase on behalf of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions. Lost Creek Resort is located 40 minutes south of downtown Tampa.
