The University of Miami’s Life Science & Technology Park is adding sandwich retailer Subway to its list of tenants, the park’s developer Wexford Miami announced today. The Subway franchise, which is owned by Stuart Frankel, the inventor of Subway’s “$5 footlong,” has already moved into the 1,400-square-foot location along northwest 7 Avenue.
