Kevin Landers, Ali Ghraoui, Marcus Christensen, Rafael Fermoselle and Michael Lanford
Cushman & Wakefield hired Kevin D. Landers as a director in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Landers was previously managing director at Savills Studley. He will work with director Mark Pateman, associate director Tara England and associate broker Michael Osiecki.
Ali N. Ghraoui was tapped as vice president of operations at Lynx Property Services, an affiliate of the Lynx Companies. Ghraoui will focus on overseeing the company’s landscaping services, and leading the management of communities and associations. He was most recently vice president of international sales at Nili Aviation, Inc.
Marcus Christensen and Rafael Fermoselle were hired as senior associates at Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group in Miami. Both come from commercial brokerage Marcus & Millichap. To date this year, they have completed 12 deals valued at a total of $35 million.
McCraney Property Company, a developer of modern industrial properties, has expanded its property management team with the addition of Michael Lanford as senior property manager. Lanford was previously manager, business development at Fairman & Associates, a diversified property management company. – Katherine Kallergis
