Several of the condo hotel units in the Brazilian Court Hotel & Beach Club in Palm Beach — where David Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy, died of an overdose in 1984 – are in foreclosure, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The luxury building, which boasts that it is the “ultimate Florida vacation destination for the rich and famous,” could not sell its remaining 35 units.
