The Argentine developer Château Group, led by Manuel Grosskopf and his father Sergio Grosskopf, has helped finance two major Miami condominium towers with Miami Terra Group -- 900 Biscayne and Quantum on the Bay -- but overall has kept an almost conspicuously low profile in South Florida.
