Former U.S. Ambassador to France Howard Leach has shelled out $4 million for a four-bedroom townhome at 325 Brazilian Avenue in Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The 5,700-square-foot home had been listed for $4.25 million by Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. The sellers were Paul and Elizabeth Shiverick.
