The owners of Downtown Miami’s 900 Biscayne are suing the construction company that built the residential skyscraper for allegedly breaching a 2005 construction contract to build the 63-floor condominium tower by failing to remedy construction defects, specifically the rooftop air conditioning units and the waterproofing in the garage, the legal trade journal, Law360 reported.
