The Whitman family, the owners of Bal Harbour Shops, have joined Swire Properties as co-developers of the retail at Brickell CitiCentre, a mixed-use project in Miami, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 520,000-square-foot of retail project will concentrate approximately 40 percent of its square footage on luxury goods.
