Karen and Ross Herman of the Keyes Company have negotiated the sale of a seven-unit waterfront property in Fort Lauderdale, the brokers announced today. The property, which is located at 1400 Bayview Drive, was sold by Bayview Landing for $830,000, an average price of $118,571 per unit. Bayview Landing had paid $725,000 for the property in June 2011.
