The Palmetto Lakes Distribution Center in Opa Locka has been sold for $4.4 million, according to CBRE, which brokered the deal on behalf of Tampa-based seller JDRP Associates No. 5. The property, which is located at 4760 NW 165th Street in Opa Locka, was purchased by Caribbean Investments, a limited liability company based in Miami.
