Oasis Outsourcing has expanded its corporate headquarters at Emerald View at Vista Center in West Palm Beach to 49,079 square feet, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which secured the lease on behalf of landlord KBS Realty. The lease includes an 8,350-square-foot expansion through 2023. Kevin McCarthy, vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, represented KBS Realty in the transaction.
