Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been tapped to lease the available space at 407 Lincoln Road, the brokerage announced. Blanca’s Alison Pages, executive vice president, will lead leasing and marketing at the 123,000-square-foot tower. It is currently 78 percent occupied, with around 23,000 square feet of available space. Lincoln Road has been a hotbed of activity in 2012, with rising rents, new tenants and a pair of retail property sales that have topped $100 million. [more]![]()
