The custom beachfront home of car dealer Ed Napleton has hit the market for just under $8 million. Completed in 2005, the six-bedroom house at 3496 South Ocean Boulevard is the newest of a four-house enclave, which lies about a half-mile north of the Ocean Avenue bridge. The other homes were built in 1954, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
The lot measures more than a third of an acre and faces 95 feet of oceanfront “just over 7 miles from famed Worth Avenue,” according to the listing.
