Two divisions of logistics firm DB Schenker have signed leases totaling 273,000 square feet at the DCT Commerce Center in western Miami-Dade County, according to CBRE, which handled the transactions. The deal included leases at 1801 NW 135th Avenue for 150,000 square feet and 123,000 square feet in the second building of the project, which is located at 1800 NW 133rd Avenue.
