Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s is moving its main office to Boca Raton’s 200 East condominium, the brokerage announced today. The brokerage purchased the 3,100-square-foot space from the developer, the Lojeta Group. For the past five years, Nestler Poletto has been leasing 2,800 square feet at One South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton. “We really wanted to be downtown because that is where all the action is right now,” Poletto said.
