Villa Diamante
The Town of Jupiter’s planning and zoning commission recommended that the Villa Diamante luxury duplex project moves forward.
If Town Council members agree, 10 duplexes would be constructed on three acres on Old Jupiter Beach Road. The individual villas would each total about 2,200 square feet, with two-car garages. The community would not be gated.
The council is expected to vote on the development on July 1, according to the Palm Beach Post.
