Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Pan American North Distribution Center in Medley, the brokerage announced. The 186,000-square-foot space is located at 10733 NW 123 Street. It is currently under construction is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2013.
