Luxury homebuilder GL Homes is targeting young buyers at a new community near Delray Beach, dubbed Tuscany.
The Sunrise-based builder plans to erect 458 single-family homes on 128 acres along the north side of Atlantic Avenue, just east of Florida’s Turnpike, Marcie DePlaza, division president for GL, told the Sun-Sentinel. Prices are expected to start in the low $300,000s, and sales are set to launch this summer or fall.
GL has already drawn interest from about 1,500 potential buyers, DePlaza said.
