Palm Beach’s Villas on Antique Row are 70 percent sold, with a total buyout expected by the end of year.
Built on the site of an old Goodwill property off South Dixie Highway north of Southern Boulevard, the community of 35 town-homes and 11 carriage homes broke ground in May 2013 and launched sales in January 2014, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Fort Lauderdale-based Label & Co. Developments purchased the 4-acre property in February 2013.
“We have brand new designs, brand new elevations, all concrete block and impact glass,” said Label & Co. President Harry Posin. “People go out and do comparisons, but they come back because there’s nothing like what we have.”
Prices in the community range from $319,900 to $489,900. [Palm Beach Post] — Christopher Cameron
