Renderings of All Aboard Florida
This morning, All Aboard Florida held a press conference at the future site of its Downtown Miami train station and unveiled renderings by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Zyscovich Architects.
Currently, plans call for the tracks to be elevated 50 feet above the street, entering the station along a viaduct, according to Curbed. The two Miami sites will add up to nearly three million square feet of residential, commercial, office, retail, parking.
The renderings depict three towers – two tall and one short – rising above the station itself. There is also an indication of at least one even taller tower to the south. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
