18000 State Road 9
Prologis sold a large distribution facility in Miami for about $13.3 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The Denver-based real estate investment trust closed the sale of the 18000 State Road 9 property on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction on Monday. The 271,000-square-foot building last traded for $16.5 million in July 2005.
Jesaj North Miami is the buyer. The company shares a Farmingdale, N.Y. address with Marjam Supply Co. Marjam is a distributor of lumber, plywood and other building materials, according to the company’s website.
No financing was recorded.
Earlier this month, Prologis paid $4.7 million for a 77,000-square-foot industrial building in Miami.
