An oceanfront Palm Beach mansion changed hands for about $16.3 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Donna Ward of London sold the 2305 South Ocean Boulevard home on Tuesday, according to Palm Beach County records. Bryan and Christina Cressey are the buyers of the seven-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot residence. Bryan Cressey is a partner at Chicago-based private equity firm Cressey & Co.
No financing was recorded.
The three-story, seven-bathroom mansion was constructed in 2010. The 1.82-acre property includes a swimming pool and 900-square-foot patio.
Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates listed the property for sale. The home was marketed with an asking price of $22.5 million.
The properly last sold for $5.5 million in May 2004.
