A distressed shopping center in Coral Springs has been sold for $9.69 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. The 60,732-square-foot Westview Shoppes, which is located at 9525 Westview Drive, sold for an average of $160 per square foot.
