Il Lugano
A condominium and guest suite at Palm Beach’s Il Lugano sold for $14 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Raymond and Linda Golden of Palm Beach Gardens closed the sale of Unit 5A and guest suite Unit 2 on April 25, according to Palm Beach County records. The county recorded the transaction on Wednesday. The couple paid about $6 million for the condo and suite in May 2002.
TPTS LLC of West Palm Beach is the buyer of the nearly 6,000-square-foot condo and 357-square-foot suite. The company filed a commencement notice indicating plans to renovate the interior of the condo unit. No financing was recorded.
