Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region dipped last week to 41,608, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.
For the seven-day period ending Monday, pending sales increased from 22,389 to 22,780 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales rose by about 700.
South Florida — including Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — saw 41,688 active listings during the week ending April 21. — Eric Kalis
