Fort Lauderdale-based Brenner Real Estate Group is reporting seven new real estate transactions totaling 13,362 square feet in Broward County. The deals were led by a 4,000-square-foot lease by Pool Boy Plastering at Lyons Corporate Park at 6601 Lyons Road in Coconut Creek. The next-largest deal was a 2,300-square-foot lease by New River Medical Group at Cypress Commerce Center.
