Kristopher B. Hinson sold the 4750 North Bay Road residence to Miami-based Virginia Bright LLC on Monday, according to Miami-Dade County records. Hinson paid $5.6 million for the 6,837-square-foot home in May 2004. Virginia Bright obtained a $7 million mortgage from New York-based RN Security Lending for the purchase.
State corporate records identify Ronald Isriel as president of the buying company.
The six-story, seven-bedroom home was originally constructed in 1932. The 20,000-square-foot property fronts Biscayne Bay and includes a swimming pool. — Eric Kalis
