New York Italian restaurant group Serafina will be following a number of fellow Gotham eateries to Miami, with plans to open a location at the Dream South Beach hotel. Serafina Dream South Beach, which will be located at the hotel at 11th Street and Collins Avenue, will feature interiors designed by Ann-Sofie Bjerkander. Serafina has 10 branded locations in the northeast, and five around the world. — Alexander Britell
