The Funky Buddha Lounge

Oakland Park Station, a retail and industrial building known as the home of the Funky Buddha Lounge and Brewery, sold for $10 million.

An affiliate of North Miami-based I.M.C. Property Management & Maintenance purchased the 181,000-share-foot property at 1201 Northeast 38th Street from Oakland Park Industrial LLC, which is managed by Sam Jazayri, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The building was last sold for $7.6 million in 2008.

Patricia Montalbano of Montalbano Commercial Realty represented the seller, and Weston-based Florida Community Bank provided a $6.65 million mortgage to I.M.C. [SFBJ] Christopher Cameron
