Suburban Fort Lauderdale will soon see a new mid-rise urban tower, dubbed Elan 16Forty.
The 261-unit building, located at 1640 East Sunrise Boulevard, will include one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 686 to 1,599-square-feet of living space, according to Curbed
Development is already underway and scheduled for completion by summer. The apartment tower will also include a swimming pool, cabanas, outdoor grills, a rooftop terrace, a dog park and a 6,000-square-foot fitness center.
