TerraCap Partners has acquired a 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Fort Myers Beach, the company announced. The property, which is located at 11281 Summerlin Square Drive, is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. TerraCap will reportedly maintain the Hampton Inn brand name. The transaction is the latest acquisition by Terra Cap Partners II, one of the firm’s opportunity funds, which has now made nine investments comprising more than 600,000 square feet of space.
