North Hills Square Shopping Center
Oak Brook, an Illinois-based REIT, has acquired the Walmart-anchored North Hills Square Shopping Center in Coral Springs in an $11.05 million deal.
Boca Raton-based AM Coral Springs, managed by VP Joseph Poveromo, originally acquired the property for $8.9 million in 2011, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The sale consists of two parcels, which include a 64,975-square-foot retail building at 4614 to 4650 North University Drive and a 2,946-square-foot Wendy’s at 4676 North University Drive. [SFBJ] – Christopher Cameron
