Palm Beach real estate investor Steven Apple has bought an island retreat on the North End for $4.8 million. Suzanne Frisbie, a broker with Corcoran Group, had the sale.
A trust purchased the four-bedroom, 5,526-square-foot landscaped home at 303 Arabian Road on the corner of North Lake Way in Apple’s name. The deal marks his seventh island acquisition, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
