Craig Robins and Miami Design District
In addition to extensive retail development heading to the Design District in Miami, parking is not far behind it. Developer Dacra plans to build three underground parking garages.
The bottom of an excavated pit will hold the separate parking structures. The first garage is slated to open later this year and the others expected sometime next year.
“The Design District happens to sit at a rather high elevation of approximately 11 feet to 12 feet above sea level,” Craig Robins, CEO of Dacra, told Miami Today News.
