Chef Alan Hughes is planning to open a new restaurant in the Buena Vista neighborhood near Miami’s Design District, according to Miami.com. The restaurant, The Embassy, will be located at 4600 NE 2nd Avenue. Hughes had previously operated a restaurant in the area called One Ninety, which was in Buena Vista East from 2002 to 2008.
