Gadinsky Real Estate and Echion USA have added Dennis Kleier and Steven Horowitz to their Sunrise and New Smyrna Beach offices, respectively. Kleier was formerly at RAM Real Estate. He will be handling tenant representation and site acquisition for Gadinsky/Echion development projects. Horowitz will join the companies’ retailer services group to focus on tenant and occupier representation.
