A 1.71-acre vacant site has sold on the south side of Fort Lauderdale’s New River. The property, which is located on the west side of South Andrews Avenue and the New River. The buyer, who was not disclosed, was represented by broker Paul Lepine. The site had previously been approved for a 398- unit high-rise project with a retail component although the new development plans have not been finalized. The seller was a family trust![]()
