Movie star and wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has a $4.5 million Broward County spec home under contract.
Johnson is set to buy a 13,700-square-foot mansion in the Landmark Ranch Estates neighborhood in Southwest Ranches, Gossip Extra reported. The five-bedroom home with a six-car garage is located at 16715 Berkshire Court. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May.
The 41-year-old actor purchased an older Berkshire Court home for $3.5 million in 2012 but sold it for $3 million last April. If Johnson closes on his latest acquisition, he would be neighbors with ex-wife Dany Garcia and Chicago Bears stars Devin Hester and Brandon Marshall. [Gossip Extra] — Eric Kalis
