Mazda in Coconut Creek
Cars will again trade hands at the corner of Northlake Boulevard and Alternate A1A in North Palm Beach. Grieco Motors LLC is transforming the long-vacant, four-acre property – and former site of Ed Morse Chevrolet – into a Mazda dealership.
Grieco, which also owns Kia and Mazda dealerships in Delray Beach, paid $5 million for the site last year, as previously reported. The $1.8 million project will involve the renovation of the one-story, 45,000-square-foot building; installation of new landscaping; and the hiring of 35 employees.
