Brickell CityCentre construction
New renderings for the office component of Brickell CityCentre indicate developer Swire Properties has landed HSBC Bank as a tenant.
Arquitectonica recently released the latest designs for the proposed 1,100-foot One Brickell CityCentre office tower, exMiami reported. In the renderings, HSBC signage can clearly be seen at the top of the building. The bank currently has a location at the Four Seasons Tower on Brickell Avenue.
HSBC gave Swire a $140 million loan for the CityCentre’s initial construction phase. HSBC has also provided financing for numerous Swire projects in China. Swire’s parent company is based in Hong Kong. [exMiami] — Eric Kalis
