Gables Court
The last available condos at Gables Court have sold for $9 million in a bulk transaction.
Local investor 4831 Gables purchased the remaining 39 units at the eight-year-old community, South Florida Citybizlist reported. Gables Court is a six-building complex totaling 159 condos at 6811 SW 44th Street, next to the Bird Ludlam Shopping Center. The buyer obtained a fixed-rate senior mortgage from Stonegate Bank for the acquisition.
