One Thousand Ocean at 725 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton
LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels’ One Thousand Ocean, a luxury condominium in Boca Raton that dates back seven years, has finally sold all its 53 units.
The sales have generated about $251 million, most recently of which included a $2 million deal for one of the units, the Sun-Sentinel reported. Sales launched at 725 South Ocean Boulevard back in 2010.
The fifth and final penthouse, known as “The Shore,” closed in June for $11.7 million, or $1,547 per square foot. Another penthouse, known as “The Sky,” had a 4,628-square-foot space and sold for $7 million in May, as previously reported. [Sun-Sentinel] — Mark Maurer
