EWM’s Audrey Ross represented the undisclosed buyer in the sale of former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning’s Coral Gables home. The $11.35 million purchase was in the tony Gables Estates community on the waterfront edge of Coral Gables. It was listed by Engel & Voelkers’ Lourdes Alatriste.
