Miami Heat starter Shane Battier scored a new house in Coral Gables, Gossip Extra reported.
The 34-year-old Battier purchased a 1926 colonial-style home near the 15th hole of the Riviera Country Club for $3.22 million in cash, the website reported, citing Miami-Dade County records. The property, at 4320 Santa Maria St., features five bathrooms, hurricane windows and a generator, wraparound balconies and a “great party” backyard, Gossip Extra said.
