A 3,293-square-foot office building in Melbourne has been sold to a private investor for $1.15 million, according to Marcus & Millichap. The firm’s Justin West had the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, a bank. The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Robert Granda and Douglas Mandel, both of whom are investment specialists in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
