Actor Kevin James has listed his mansion in Delray Beach in Palm Beach County less than a year after buying it, Radar Online reported.
The star of “Grown Ups 2” has listed the 25,834-square-foot house for $19.95 million, nearly $1.5 million more than the $18.5 million he paid for it in 2012.
“It surprised everyone who knows him,” an unnamed source was quoted as telling the online gossip publication. “He spends a lot of time at the local church and no one knows why he’s dumping the house.”
The TV and film comedian bought the 10-bedroom Palm Beach mansion, which he homesteaded — meaning that it is registered as his primary residence — with his wife, Steffiana de la Cruz, the site said.
