Sunbeam Development is planning a new 80,000-square-foot spec distribution building at the Miramar Park of Commerce, the company announced. The MPC-28 building will be located in Phase 4A of the park, which is on Miramar’s Premier Parkway. The new project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2013.
